This would lead to condition damage builds adding plenty of damage even in DE's and large scale battles. What I'm getting at is that there is a big difference between the 3 stacks of bleed from dual daggers with lots of condition damage mods and 3 stacks of bleed without condition damage mods. These potions have a minimum level requirement of 80 to use. Note: Extended potions, Concentrating Halloween Tonic, Grawl Snowman Potion, Infinite Aetherized Tonic, Infinite Molten Berserker Tonic, Twisted Watchwork Portal Device, and Watchwork Portal Device must be learned from recipe sheets before they can be crafted.

I guess you be quitting then. C'mon, until this one, the highest damage 1-hand augment was 10 points. This one is 16 PLUS a damage proc.
Clearly it was intended to be a 2-hand augment. Just wait for the next patch.
